Wellness at the Spa is a full service medical spa located in the beautiful Shops of Ava Sophia Salon in the Addison / Dallas, TX area.  We are dedicated to providing services that are designed to restore youth, allure, and weight-loss.

As a practice we are committed to providing each and every client exceptional service, efficacy, and safety in a comfortable, spa-like atmosphere.  Our providers include an experienced and licensed physician, nurse practitioner, nurses and medical assistants all trained to achieve the most beneficial results.
